LLPR Subscription Award Program 

Program Objectives

Advance and develop data literacy, build awareness and participation in the national Limb Loss and Preservation Registry (LLPR) among O&P providers.

Promote awareness and education on quality improvement initiatives among O&P clinical care organizations.

Contribute to the growth and representation in the LLPR by encouraging organizations in regions either underrepresented or not represented in the LLPR to contribute to the data.


Program Award

(3) O&P clinical care organizations will be awarded a 1-year paid subscription to Limb Loss and Preservation Registry at the Base Subscription Level.*


o   Account Onboarding: Recipients will be assigned a dedicated account manager that working to onboard the practice to LLPR.

o   Account Manager: You will have a dedicated account manager to contact with questions and comments.

o   Quality Improvement Training: Recipients will participate in group training on quality improvement and how quality initiatives in practice using LLPR dashboards as a tool.

        *Participation Agreement required with LLPR

 

Speaking engagement (panel) on quality improvement initiatives

o   If attending AOPA in 2025, a panel will be coordinated during the assembly*.

             *travel and accommodations are not supported by this program

 Magazine feature

    o Recipient practices will be featured in either Amplitude or O&P Edge! Western Media, the     publishers of these magazines will interview recipients about the experiences using LLPR data analytics for quality improvement initiatives.

 

Eligibility 

O&P clinical care organizations that are:

o   Not currently participating in the LLPR  view LLPR participation map

o   Small to mid-size organizations with in-development or no current quality program

o   System requirements for participation: OPIE Software and Nymbl Systems

o   In good standing with Medicare and ABC/BOC

o   Statement of Intent:

In 500 words or less express why the O&P Clinical Care organization is interested in pursuing a sponsored subscription with LLPR; including why the organization wants to learn about quality improvement, data literacy, what a quality registry does and how the data from the organization serves to build local, regional, and national benchmarks to improve clinical care and patient outcomes.

 

Selection Committee

The selection committee will be composed of an advisory representative of the LLPR, an O&P Foundation officer and member of the O&P Foundation Board of Directors.
